Shipping Policy

Shipping Errors
We take the utmost care when despatching all orders, however should we make a mistake, we apologise! 

Policy Conditions:

  • The incorrect product can be returned to Powermac for a credit
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from receipt of shipment
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original box and packaging. Products not in their original condition run the risk of being rejected.
  • The total value of the return will be credited to your account.
  • The freight charge for Shipping Errors is at Powermac cost.


Faulty Products

Should the product be faulty it can be returned to Powermac under the below Policy Conditions:

Policy Conditions:

  • All products must be installed by a licensed electrical tradesman / technician.
  • The fault has occurred within the products warranty period
  • The warranty period is listed within “specifications” under each product.
  • Invoice/receipt must be returned with the product to verify the date of purchase.
  • All components relating to the product must be returned.
  • If a credit is provided, products will be credited at their most recent purchased price.
  • The total value of the return will be credited to your account and will be offset against future orders.
  • Powermac to cover cost for return freight charge on all verified faulty products.
